Acceptance of terms

By downloading or using RenoPro, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

What RenoPro provides

  • •RenoPro provides AI-generated renovation cost estimates based on photos you submit
  • •Estimates are generated using third-party AI services (Flux, OpenAI, Google Generative AI) and are indicative guides based on current market data
  • •They should not be treated as formal quotes, financial advice, or guaranteed pricing

Estimate disclaimer

RenoPro estimates are generated by AI and are for informational purposes only. Actual renovation costs may vary significantly based on site conditions, contractor availability, material selection, and other factors. Always obtain multiple quotes from licensed contractors before commencing work. RenoPro is not liable for differences between estimated and actual costs.

Credits and payments

  • •RenoPro offers both pay-as-you-go credits and subscription plans
  • •Credits and subscriptions are purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play
  • •Credits expire as specified at the time of purchase. Expiry dates are visible within the app
  • •Subscription terms, including renewal and cancellation, are managed through the respective app store
  • •Refund requests are handled through the respective app store
  • •Pricing may change. Existing credits remain valid at their purchased value until they expire

Acceptable use

You agree to use RenoPro for personal renovation planning purposes. You must not:

  • •Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
  • •Scrape estimate data for commercial use or redistribution
  • •Submit content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others
  • •Attempt to bypass the credit system or obtain services without payment

Fair use and abuse

RenoPro relies on third-party AI services that incur costs per request. To ensure a fair and sustainable service for all users, we enforce reasonable usage limits.

  • •We reserve the right to set and adjust usage limits at our discretion
  • •Automated, scripted, or programmatic access to RenoPro is prohibited without written permission
  • •Reselling, redistributing, or commercially exploiting estimates or generated content is prohibited
  • •Usage patterns that we reasonably determine to be abusive, exploitative, or that degrade service quality for other users may result in rate limiting, suspension, or termination of access
  • •We may suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion where we believe these terms have been violated
  • •In the event of termination for abuse, unused credits or remaining subscription time may be forfeited

Age requirement

RenoPro is not intended for users under 13 years old. By using the app, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age.

Intellectual property

  • •All content, design, and technology within RenoPro is owned by RenoPro
  • •You retain ownership of photos you submit
  • •By submitting photos, you grant RenoPro a limited licence to send them to third-party AI services for the purpose of generating your estimate
  • •Photos are not stored on any RenoPro server

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, RenoPro is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for credits or subscriptions in the preceding 12 months.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes through the app.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Australia.
